EDM Capabilities & Engineering

EDM machining services include: capabilities of high speed EDM drilling, 30° tapers up to 15” inch thick, and cuts up to 24” inch thick.

Engineering assistance with complete CAD/CAM support is available at every step of the development process to ensure your EDM creation of a cost effective design.

As designs move forward toward completion, our production personnel become involved to make sure they have a thorough understanding of the EDM machining requirements and specifications.

E-mail and file transfer protocol (FTP) e-data capabilities are maintained to simplify the transfer of drawings and to help maintain communications lines.

Once a design is approved, the job is entered into our computerized planning and scheduling system. This system lets us closely monitor project progress, provide timely status reports, and maintain tight delivery schedules for your on-time EDM part.

Climate-controlled 20,000 sq, ft. manufacturing facility houses engineering, EDM machining, inspection, grinding departments and machine shop.

Our aggressive capital equipment update program allows us to respond efficiently to designs that require maximum technological support.
