EDM Engineering & Capabilities

Engineering assistance with complete CAD/CAM support is available at every step of the development process to ensure the creation of a cost effective design.

As designs move forward toward completion, our production personnel become involved to make sure they have a thorough understanding of the machining requirements.

E-mail and file transfer protocol (FTP) e-data capabilities are maintained to simplify the transfer of drawings and to help maintain communications lines.

Once a design is approved, the job is entered into our computerized planning and scheduling system. This system lets us closely monitor project progress, provide timely status reports, and maintain tight deliver schedules.

EDM Facilities

Climate-controlled 20,000 sq, ft. manufacturing facility houses engineering, EDM machining, inspection, grinding department s and machine shop.

Our aggressive capital equipment update program allows us to respond efficiently to designs that require maximum technological support.

Using state-of-the-art wire and conventional EDM machines we are able to meet the need for complex, multi-operation parts quickly and economically. Our extensive EDM machining services include capabilities of high sped EDM drilling, 30o tapers up to 15” inch thick, and cuts up to 24” inch thick.
